Cale smiled as the Don introduced him to Elias, who he already knew, and a woman named Aurora. "Hello ,sir." He shook Elias's hand and then turned to the pretty blonde. "Ma'am." He kissed the back of her hand smile at her respectfully. When you work for the Don you learn quick. You don't flirt with woman around him. Either they are his daughters or dangerous or a mistress of his. None of which with work well for you if you flirt with them. Then he turned back to the Don focusing on him. "I suppose you wouldn't remember me sir. I worked for you a few years ago when I was younger. Doing some Boxing, outside the ring" He said the last bit carefully explaining to the Don without being too obvious what he had done when working for the mob. "You were gracious enough to allow me to leave your employ so I and a close friend could start up our own speakeasy, the Jive and Thrive, sir, while paying the appropriate taxes of course. I'm Cale Tucker." The young man said quickly realizing he hadn't said his name yet. "I also wanted to thank you that you allowed Charlotte to preform at Jive and Thrive a few months ago when our regular singer ran off with her boy. Charlotte was truly a gift no matter how short a time with had her with us." He complemented Korso's oldest daughter while also thanking the man for the help. Korso adjusted his sight, his smile faded in an instant. His mind was so scrambled that he didn't even realize it was Mr. Tucker. He rubbed his eyes as Cale explained, with Korso nodding after every sentence. " Yeah, my baby is very talented, in fact she was just singin' a moment ago," he said, looking over Cale to view the ballroom, but no dice, it was more packed in there than a can of sardines. "I'm gonna lose my mind over those girls...gotta relax, Big K." Before he could explain himself to Cale, he felt someone's presence behind him, and then his voice: How do I look?" John chuckled teasingly.
"John, ya ole blonde bastard, I've been waitin' to talk to ya all evening," said an amused Korso, giving him a firm handshake. "But seriously, Big K, you blew my mind out of the ball - park."Korso stepped aside to put Aurora in view. "That's what this young lady keeps tellin' me, but I dunno, it ain't big enough if you guys ask me," he said with a cocky smile. "But hey, I got Miss Harris outta her hotel, got the bums mingling with the rich, an' I even got my favorite people around me...even my competition," he said, giving Cale a playful punch. "I guess I do gotta give myself some credit." Now he had his cigar in hand and the ballroom in his sight. "But hey, what do y'all say we move this conversation to the ballroom an' have some drinks at the bar? It's on me, of course," he chuckled, giving a friendly elbow nudge to John.

Charlotte grinned at the sweet little red head. "Oh Millie is such a cute name I love it. Now sit." Charlotte pulled the girl into a stool beside her at the bar. She signaled the bartender and signaled him over and pointed to Millie and help up one finger. 'One of Charlotte's favorites for this girl.
Once the drink arrived Charlotte placed the glass in front of the girl. "Now this is called a French 75. That's because it's said to have the kick of a French 75 millimeter gun, thing. Anyway it's gin, Champagne, lemon juice and sugar. I love these." She put her hand over the top before the girl could take a sip. "It does have a kick so sip it slowly. I can chug these but I've been practicing for years." She pulled her hand away and gestured for the girl to have some of the drink.
------------------------------------------------------------
Ray grinned down at the dark haired beauty as they danced. Oh she had such a sweet voice. As they moved together Aria seemed to look everywhere but in his eyes. Her eyes especially seemed to linger on his shoulders and arms. That's when everything clicked into place. She wasn't sent by her father to spy on him like he had thought at first. He thought she was just not a great spy. But no she found him attractive. She went to the coffee shop to watch him. He grinned. That he definitely liked.
"Now tell me Princess, why is it the owner of a successful flower show can spend hours in a coffee shop just about everyday for three weeks straight?" He asked her with a smirk as his hand on her hip moved to her lower back admiring the gentle slop from her back her lovely rear end. "Don't you have better things to do then watch a man having coffee?" He whispered in her ear with a smirk.
------------------------------------------
"That she is Don." Cale said respectfully. "I'll leave you to your busyness sir I just wanted to congratulate you. Have a wonderful evening." He said before heading away from the group of high powers. Cale knew enough to know when you have power don't try to mingle your way up. He and Vanessa were very happy with their little corner of the world and he did not want to make anyone think for a moment that they weren't.

Elias was a bit surprised with the handshake, but responded with a firm one of his own and a faint smile. "I figured it would only be polite to address your daughter first. Ladies first, as they say. But it's good to see you sir" he chuckled. "No-one special, just coming out to celebrate the party and get into the business of living again, if you know what I mean" Korso gave a light back hand to his chest. "You an' me both," he said with a smile. He watched as two young men, Peter and Al, strolled in with wide eyes and big smiles. He nudged his head in their direction. "We gotta be more bold and spirited like them, eh?" He faced the ballroom and pointed to the party inside. "Now, Elias, I better catch your ass havin' a good time in there, you deserve it, ya here?"With a pat on Elias' back, his attention was drawn to Miss Harris' arrival, followed by the easier-on-the-eyes Asami, Millie, and Chel. Then came Salvatore, who made his way straight for the bar. "It's hard for me to take it easy when there are so many new faces 'round here." He was itching for his cigar, a remedy for his nerves. That's when he noticed Aria's absence. "What the- Where'd she-?" he asked aloud, searching the crowd. Elias smiled fondly at the two young men, who looked like they felt they were on top of the world, and nodded. "Once, we were. Maybe tonight we can turn back time, just for a few hours" he said quietly. He laughed and nodded at his boss. "Yes sir. You also remember to have fun, alright? You deserve it more than anybody here" Elias watched the young blond man come up to Korso and shake his hand. He fingered the razor tucked into his sleeve. It would stay there unless he needed it. When he noticed Aria was gone and Korso was distressed he gave a short bow. "I'm going to enjoy the party, maybe see if I can spot Aria"

When am I ever serious?

Post by Al Cellini on Jun 20, 2017 21:45:53 GMT -6
Al was smiling when he walked out onto the floor - he never thought he would make a new friend tonight and I guess it was finally happening. The dream/hope and the smiled faded when he felt the young girl being taken away. He saw the man and stared at him, he was puzzled from how he just took her, if only he knew he wasn't interested in her like that. Al raised an eyebrow and wasn't that offended until he heard his snide remark. The man said, "Mind if I cut in kid? Didn't think so." Then smirked at him, it offended Al. Al thought to himself, Didn't think so. Who did this man think he was? He doesn't like being offended or easily looked down upon. It was a weak spot for him and it always ended up getting him into trouble. Al just grinned, shrugging, and sticking his hands out. "She is all yours, fella." He winked at him and made an unimpressed/unaffected face.
Al turned and began to walk away and saw Peter. He went over to him and grabbed him and whispered, "Go along with it." Al drug peter along and was smirking. He saw a man next to Ray and had an idea. The man standing next to him was holding a drink in his hand. It was as if a light went off in Al's head. He began to sneak around, getting out of their sight, acting as if he left and gave up the fight.
He turned to Peter and said in a hushed tone, "You're gonna need to run after this. Stay near me" Al, got near the man and counted in his head, one, two, three! He pushed the man causing his drink to fly at Ray, the liquor going everywhere. He made sure it wouldn't hit Aria with the angle. He held in his laugh and started to run away into the crowd with Peter, he had a firm grip on his arm, making sure he was in his sight. He was hidden behind a group of people and blended in with them well. He had a moment to catch his breathe and to calm down. He looked over at Peter and began to laugh and said, "You think he'll mind about the drink?" He raised an eyebrow at Peter before he could respond and said, "Didn't think so!"

He never meant to put the poor fellow to work on such an occasion, but he greatly appreciated it. "Thank you," Korso whispered in his ear before sending him off. Aria was always a handful, and unlike Charlotte, he had no ideal man in mind to take care of her, at least not yet. After saying his farewell to Cale, he led Aurora and John into the ballroom as he imagined his little girl under John's care. He had thought about it a lot: there were few men in this town that could handle his youngest daughter, but John on the other hand, he could be the one to teach her right and give her the love she deserved. With that pleasing thought, he kept his hand on John's shoulder as they walked, making sure he would not run off anywhere just yet.

I'm alive, a revolution lies inside

Post by Edna Wayne on Jun 20, 2017 22:11:13 GMT -6
(dress: www.bluevelvetvintage.com/images/D/034-05.jpg ) Edna wrapped her fur coat around herself as she patted her hair, bound in the latest style of bun, on her head and made sure it was in place. She felt absolutely stunning tonight, and was looking forward to dancing the night away at the new lounge. Sure, she was getting there a little late, but she'd just finished rounding up a money laundering scheme that appeared to have been going on under Don Korso's nose. So she felt good about that. She walked with purpose up to the doors and allowed a man to take her coat before she flashed the guards a brilliant smile before she walked inside. It was packed pretty tight inside, but it was all breathtaking. She wandered around, wondering if she'd spot the man of the hour. What she did spot though was a guy pushing a waiter into another man and running off. She hurried towards the man with the ruined suit. "Are you okay?!"

Maybe you have to know the darkness before you can appreciate the light

Post by Ray Jackson on Jun 20, 2017 22:21:04 GMT -6
Ray felt the liquid hit him and run down his head and clothes. He looked at the mob princess and saw she didn't have any on her. That was good. He knew instantly that the man who's drink was now on him was not the one responsible. Especially considering the fact that the man was apologizing profusely and begging for forgiveness.
Ray held up his hand silencing the man as he looked around the room for the ones responsible. "If you'll excuse me Princess I have to take care of some trash." He growled as he stalked off.
It wasn't hard to find the black haired boy and some kid with red hair next to him. They had thought they found cover with a group of people but those two stuck out. They had chosen to hide behind a group of mostly woman and just a few men all of whom were dressed to show they were from the richer side of town. These two might be dressed better then they normally did but they didn't move like rich people. And Ray should know he used to move in similar ways.
"You think he'll mind about the drink?" He raised an eyebrow at Peter before he could respond and said, "Didn't think so!"
Ray stood behind them and that's when his hands shot out grabbing both boys by the back of their necks with his large hands.
"Actually I do mind." He growled as he dragged the two boys out a side door he had noticed earlier when he had been observing the room. The boy's struggled but Ray learned how to take advantage of his strength when fighting with faster street kids and he kept control of the two kids.
He pushed the door open and threw both boys against the wall of the opposite building and into the ally. He closed the door behind him and stalked back over the two boys. He turned to the red head. "You can go." He growled before turning back to the other young man.
Ray pulled out his switch blade and held it casually in his hand twirling it around threateningly. "Now I want to ask you something and I want you to think about the answer very carefully before you answer. Understand? Now do you think it was a good idea to get a drink spilled on a man twice your size in a city you know is full of people that would kill you soon as look at you?" All the while moving his knife around.
Ray waited for an answer from the boy honestly he had done worse when he was a kid and he had gotten lucky. The best he could do for this fish (freshman/first time prisoner) was show him to think before he did something stupid that wouldn't be over looked. "Well?" Ray Growled angrily.

Aria was gonna answer Ray's question, but next thing she knew a drink spilled on Ray. This made her gasp before she watched Ray excuse himself before going after whoever it was. She had no idea what had happened, but by how scared the man that held the drink was, she knew it wasn't him. She quickly comforted the man and told him to go calm down at the bar. Which he did.
But the moment Aria was alone, she realized how many people were around her. Her heart started to beat even faster. She was scared, angry, and confused. The man she had been watching had held her and it was interrupted. She hated that the moment was interrupted. She looked at the woman who was a bit too late in asking if Ray was okay. She stared at the woman in shock before she turned to see where he went. Of course, he was out of sight.
Suddenly Aria couldn't handle the crowd around her. "Excuse me," Aria told the girl before she ran off. She quickly ran up the stairs and went to the guest rooms that her father spoke of. She needed to be alone. She closed the door behind her and backed away from the door before she sat down on the bed and started to calm herself down. She was going to kill whoever ruined her and that man's moment. Aria didn't even get to know his name! Oh she was pissed...
But she needed to calm down.

"But hey, what do y'all say we move this conversation to the ballroom an' have some drinks at the bar? It's on me, of course," he chuckled, giving a friendly elbow nudge to John. John chuckled amusingly, than as he looked at Aurora, he felt slightly bothered. They looked alike, way to similar. Besides the fact she had green eyes not blue. "Ah, don't be so hard on yourself, if you're able to get the miserable and bland to come here. You definitely deserve some appreciation for it," John nodded at the 'giving - credit - when - its - due' part, he liked the party, just secretly despised the person who hosted it, and gave Korso his hat back. "Sure, sounds like fun big K." He looked at the female who also gave a nod, so the the two blondes liked the idea. Does Korso have a thing for blondes? Would explain a lot!

Some of us aren't so lucky...

Post by Peter Jones on Jun 20, 2017 22:40:22 GMT -6
Peter was just about to slip out the backdoor when he noticed another guy come up to the group, and he couldn't help but whistle audibly at how burly this fella was. He seemed to command a presence in the room as even more eyes turned to look towards the dining room corner, watching the man walk right up to Al and cut in on his conversation with Aria.
"No' enough game to match tha', huh?" Peter said with a wink, trying his best to choke back a laugh as Al made his way back over towards him. The raven-haired kid grabbed him by the arm and leaned towards his ear, his voice low yet suspiciously amused.
"Go along with it," he said quickly as he dragged Peter along with him.
This can't be good, Peter thought. Especially since the kid was currently a new level of drunk right now, and Peter knew all too well how vengeful Al could be sometimes.
Turning towards him, Al got in position behind another guy standing only a few short paces from the man now talking to Aria. "You're gonna need to run after this. Stay near me," he said in a hushed tone before suddenly pushing into the man and sending the poor fella's drink flying...
And right onto the dark-skinned man and barely avoiding Aria herself.
Immediately grasping the intensity of the situation as the look on the man's face changed to an all-out fit of fury, Peter immediately took off through the crowds, following behind Al who had a firm grasp on him to make sure they weren't separated. Winding through groups of both workers, guests, and performers, they ducked behind a group of people in one of the adjoining rooms and waited for any pursuers to go past. The hustle-and-bustle around them helped create a better environment for them to blend into while they stopped to catch their breath, though Peter knew all too well that their previous plans to con the guests were now ruined beyond repair. There was no way this wasn't gonna go unnoticed, and Al had made himself one heck of a target.
"Ya really don' know when ta just shrug i' off, do ya, Coal Bin?" Peter lectured him, fixing the wrinkles on his jacket from where Al had grabbed him.
"You think he'll mind about the drink?" Al responded with a raised eyebrow, his voice filled with laughter. Though Peter couldn't help but sit there shaking his head at the prospect of his plans for the night gone to total ruin; plus the fact that they were probably gonna be tracked down by the dark-skinned man and killed behind an alley now. Just grea', he thought, giving Al a 'this is all your fault, you idiot' look before checking to see that the coast was clear. He needed to find Lacie and get the heck outta there before Al got them into any bigger trouble.
Suddenly, he felt a tug on the back of his suit, turning around to find the exact man that Al had second-handedly spilled the drink on.
"Evenin', Sir!" Peter said through a forced, yet obviously terrified smile. He was seriously going to kill Al for dragging him into this.
The man didn't say anything back, and instead threw the two of them through a side door and out into the alley round back, shutting the door directly behind him. Peter wasn't sure he had ever been so terrified in his life honestly, and that was saying something after some of the cons he had pulled off on mafia hit-men. But this guy was definitely different... more intimidating.
And he was right there pulling out a knife in front of them.
"You can go," he growled towards Peter. Not taking the guy's generosity for granted, Peter gave Al a quick 'I told ya so' look before giving the towering man a quick salute and running off in the opposite direction. If he didn't act fast, Al was probably a goner, and as much as Peter wanted to kill the lad himself, he wasn't gonna make it easy on the guy to take out his idiotic friend.
Throwing himself around the corner and over a few crates until he had found a nice foothold on the building next to them, he looked to the ground to search for a few large items that would make a lot of noise. Noticing a few stray bricks, he grabbed a few and tucked them into his suit coat, feeling the weight of the fabric increase immensely.
Damn, these are heavy, he thought as he monkeyed his way up the side of the building. There was no fire escape or actual footholds to use, making the climb extremely difficult; it wasn't a route anyone could take without falling off and killing themselves, Peter being an exception due to years of experience and talent.
Using the miniature cracks in the stone, he climbed up towards the roof, throwing himself over before coming to the side of the building where Al was facing off the guy alone. Pulling out one of the bricks from his pocket, he waited for the precise moment to throw it down next to the man with the knife, hoping it'd give Al enough time to make a getaway without too many scratches. It wasn't like he hadn't done the trick before, but with a guy like this one... who knew what would happen.
The only thing he had to do was give a distraction that would last long enough to let Al get away, before taking off himself and escaping over the rooftops while using the shadow from the vents as protection. Easy enough... righ'?
"Nothin' ya hav'n't done before, Pete," he told himself in a quick pep-talk as he readied into position before letting the first brick fly.

Firecracker in training, here to watch it all burn.

Post by Lacie Rourke on Jun 20, 2017 23:24:06 GMT -6
"Artemis Kesley," Lacie repeated with hum. "I like it," she said as she popped the rest of the hors d'oeuvre into her mouth, "it fits you."
Lacie meant to say something else once she had washed the meatball down with another sip of champagne, but once again a lot of things started happening, all of them centered around Al and none of them good. Firstly, a dark skinned man had cut in where Al had been attempting to dance with the youngest Marcello Princess. Lacie wasn't close enough to hear what was being said over the music and the hum of random conversations, but she did see the man make an apparently snide remark with a smirk on his face. Please, Al, don't react badly...
And then Al reacted badly. By dragging Peter along while he shoved a waiter carrying a drink right into the dark skinned man, spilling the booze on the guy's suit. Damn it, Al. For a second it seemed like the two guys might have gotten away after they took off and hid amongst a small crowd, but the man of the offended party gave chase and caught them with ease.
Without even thinking, Lacie grabbed a bottle of liquor a waiter had set down after pouring a drink and she ran off. If she was right about the layout of the neighborhood, there would be alleyways on either side of the building--meaning that big guy had drug Peter and Al out there. The bottle tucked under her arm to hide it, Lacie bolted as fast as her legs could carry her past the doormen and startled guests who were arriving to commotion, the girl dove between a few people in the crowd and headed to the alley.
She could hear the man threatening Al from around the corner. Lacie took a moment to catch her breath and then quickly downed two big gulps of the drink. She immediately coughed. Oh man, the liquid burned going all the way down. But then that weird rush happened, where her head suddenly felt like it was buzzing. She'd only felt it once after sneaking a drink of Papa's bourbon from his office when she was eleven, and she didn't exactly care for how it made her feel, but maybe whatever she was trying to pull would work.
Okay, time to act drunk like she'd seen grown ups on the street. At least she wouldn't have to completely pretend.
"Mister?" she called out, stumbling around the corner and noisily knocking over a trash bin as she clutched the clearly opened bottle of liquor. "Mister, hey, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to trip that waiter, honest... I was jus..." Lacie paused, momentarily unsure if she was slurring on purpose or if it was the booze, looking at Ray as she swayed a little. "I wanted to try the stuff my Papa drinks, an I didn't mean to... get anyone in trouble."
Please let this work so I can save that Dumb Dora from this loon, she thought to herself.
(( Dumb Dora=an absolute idiot, a dumbbell. ))

Post by Vincent Roccini on Jun 20, 2017 23:31:36 GMT -6
Vincent strolled along the streets of Gatsberry, getting off work late once again. He always had to stay over, ever since all these crimes started to come in like crazy. He always hated staying over, but he loved what he does at the same time. He put his hands in his jacket and continued to walk the sidewalk, as he did, he heard music from a far. He stopped some, peaking over in the direction of where it was coming from. ' Sounds like a party. ' He hasn't been to a party in years and it surprised him when one was going on. This city was always quiet, no one walking the streets or hardly any cars driving by. When he was little, it was always busy, buzzing with people and things to do, but now as he was back from years of being away - it was different.
He continued to listen and sighed, ' Why not, ' he thought to himself. He deserved to enjoy himself and have a couple drinks. He smiled a little and started to head his direction to the party. He walked by a few brick buildings and the music blared louder. He could hear the sound of people laughing and cheering, being total idiots. Couple more blocks and there it was. The place was filled with people and cars filled up the lot. He saw couples making out, seeming a little tipsy, others were dancing like no one was watching on the stairs. He shook his head and started to head towards the entrance. But, something stopped him.
The alley way beside the house, he saw a figure of a big man and a raven-haired kid being held up by his tuxedo against the wall. Faintly another boy with noticeable red hair on top of a building, then a minor that seemed to be pretty drunk, trying to get the big guy's attention away from the raven-haired boy. He couldn't make it out who they were facial wise but, he had to see what was up. He decided to check it out.

When am I ever serious?
|
Post by Al Cellini on Jun 20, 2017 23:51:29 GMT -6
Al felt a presence appear behind him, then a firm hold around him. Before he could even react he was being dragged out back - to the alley. Al, then started to panic and said, "Listen, buddy! Can I call you buddy, pal, or how about kind and merciful man." Al, was pleading but couldn't help but add in him comedy. Sometimes he didn't even mean to be funny, it was like it was programmed into him to have humor at all time. When was he ever serious anyways?
He widened his eyes as he saw Peter being let go. He saw how he took off and felt betrayed - he turned to Ray facing him with fear and then said, " Killing? Who said anything about killing!?" Al then stared at the ground, he thought to himself, You can either deal with this as a chicken or own it, Al. He then grinned and couldn't hold his tongue and said, "You maybe should talk to someone about all these horrible thoughts you're having. It's just not healthy." Al, pursed his lips holding back a smile, knowing he would regret it. He just stood there and was going to face what was coming to him.
He closed his eyes shut but they shot open to hear the voice of a young girl. He focused and saw that it was Lacie. He felt relieved and saw how she was acting, he couldn't help but grin at her acting. He did a "not bad" face to the impression. Being drunk was sometimes hard to be believable - she was handling it like a pro though. Before he had time to react a brick came flying down and hitting the ground. Al's attention shot up to the roof, spotting Peter. He smiled big realizing he didn't abandon him and took his chance.
He pushed back Ray to have him lose his balance. He didn't even look back to see what had come of him. Did he fall? Did he move? Is he right on his trail. Al looked at Lacie and then grabbed her, picking her up, and flying away from the situation. He was running down the alleyway and said to Lacie, "Did anyone ever tell you that you should become an actress! I see some potential in you, Blondie!" Al, grinned at the fact he found her nickname. He continued to run until he was stopped by the presence of another man. He widened his eyes smiling, "Vincent!?" He ran to him, ducking behind him and said, "Do me this favor, won'tcha?" Al, smiled up at him and then focused on Lacie. He began caring for the girl because she went out of her way to help him. He looked around and saw a fire escape, he lifted her up onto it and said, "Hurry up to Peter!" He turned back to Vincent and knew that he would be safe. He turned to Lacie and brought a finger to his lips, hinting for her to stay quiet.
He turned to Vincent and said, "How about you be a good ol' sport and say you didn't see where we went." Al, smiled and think winked. He was about to climb up the escape with Lacie but turned again, "Meet me at the Lincoln Theatre! Later tonight, okay?" Al smiled big and began climbing up with Lacie and realized she was still acting and tilted his head, confused. He grabbed ahold of her and climbed the rest of the way up to building. He saw Peter on the other building and said, "Jump over Gingersnap!"

------------------------------------------------------------ Ray grinned down at the dark haired beauty as they danced. ------------------------------------------ "That she is Don." Cale said respectfully. As if she was being ordered to do so, she sat down at the bar stool next to Charlotte. As she was ordering drinks, Millie looked around some more. There still wasn't a sign of Holli around anywhere. Even if there was, she didn't want to leave Miss Marcello by herself. That would be extremely rude of her to do so, especially after the lounge singer's kindness towards her. Charlotte reminded her a lot of her old friend from back home: Anna Kingston, except Anna respected boundaries. No, she was jumping to conclusions, as she as she always does. The main thing that they had in common was that they liked her for some odd reason. Anna told her that she was beautiful, but what exactly made her beautiful? Before she could ponder any more, the bartender came back and plopped a drink in front of her. She then explained what it was. Gin, lemon juice, sugar, and champagne... an odd combination, but seemed pleasing enough. "Well, as you guys tend to say... bottoms up?" The redhead awkwardly smiled, hoping that she got the term correct, then slowly sipped the drink. It did have quite a kick to it, so she put the glass back down. " Whoa... what was this you said it was.. Colt 45?"

Vincent continued to walk closer, watching what was going on.. ' What the hell. ' He got to where he couldn't see and then turned down to where they all were. As soon as he knew it, Al was there in front of him, carrying the minor. ' Vincent!? Do me this favor, won'tcha? ' As he hid behind him. He widened his eyes because, he had no idea what was going on. ' What did he get himself into? ' He thought to himself and then he peaked up, seeing the redhead. He turned to Al and was about to ask what happened and why he was being held by an angry man but, he was interrupted.
' How about you be a good ol' sport and say you didn't see where we went. ' He raised an eyebrow and sighed at him, this boy is going to get himself killed. He nodded at him, " You have my word. " He chuckled a little and watched him go up with the girl, then his big brown eyes met his one last time. ' Meet me at the Lincoln Theatre! Later tonight, okay? ' He couldn't help but smile at him, " I'll see you then, Al. " He watched him go all the way up and then snorted a little. I guess he would have to wait until he met Al again later on tonight to find out what trouble he had gotten into.
He headed back to the entrance of the party and went straight for the food, passing the gentlemen taking the coats. It has already been a long night, and it's not even close to being over. Food was his go to, for now.
