Aria was out with Ray on a date. They just had lunch and were now enjoying some ice cream cones due to Aria was craving one. She walked side by side with Ray as they explored places she had never been to. Usually she'd be afraid of some the places, but with him she felt safe. She knew he wouldn't let anything happen to her. But she made sure to stick by his side like glue. She had noticed dark clouds coming over, but she really didn't think anything of it. There was a storm coming tomorrow so it was natural to see the sky start to get dark. But when she felt the wind raising, she stopped for a second and looked up at the sky. She took another bite of her ice cream cone before the wind suddenly rose. Aria's eyes widened as she felt the skirt of her red dress lift up. She let out a little squeal before she let go of her ice cream cone and pulled her dress down. And next thing they new, it rose a little bit more before it started to rain. "Oh!! I thought it was suppose to come tomorrow!" Aria yelled before she felt Ray drag them underneath a balcony of a store. Of course the store was closed, which meant they were stranded. She held onto Ray close as she looked for places that were open. But for some reason where they were nothing was opened, which she found odd. "We need to find shelter!" Aria yelled through the loud wind. She looked back at Ray who seemed to be thinking. But it didn't take long for him to grab her hand. "I know a place, follow me!" He yelled before he quickly rushed out into the rain. Aria quickly followed after him, keeping up with his speed. He lead her to a place that went underground, which made her hesitate at first. She stopped for a second which caused Ray to look at her. She looked at him a little scared due to she didn't really like dark places after what happened. But he reassured her she would be okay. This made her nod before they went underground, but before she did go underground, she saw people yelling at people that safety was close by. Which helped her calm down a lot more. Once they were in the place, Aria breathed hard before someone came to give both her and Ray towels. She looked at the place and found it to be huge. "Ray, where are we?" Aria asked as she walked forward some to stare at the place. (Her dress -> here )

Maybe you have to know the darkness before you can appreciate the light

Ray was having a nice time walking through the town with Aria. They were just talking about nothing unparticular, her love of flowers, his time in Chicago. She had had a craving for ice cream so he had taken her to get some and even got a bit for himself. As they ate the storm seemed to start up out of nowhere. He pulled the princess into the dark ally that lead them into a place he had hoped to never bring Aria but had no real choice right now.
Ray reached out a hand to Aria and gently pulled her into the Head Quarters of the Crooked man. He was worried about bringing Aria here but he didn't feel that there was a real choice. They were in the middle of tow ad the above area's were much more dangerous. Maybe he would get lucky and Jasmine and C. M. were out and wouldn't be back. None of the others here would question him bringing her in here especially with the storm. But Jasmine and C. M. might not look at it the way he did.
"I'm not sure." He lied. "I found it while I was doing some prep for the storm. When things picked up out there I knew this was probably the safest place. I figured under ground would be safer then in one of the other buildings." He pushed her hair behind her ear and cupped her check. "Just relax Kitten. When the storm eases up I'll get you home." He kissed her forehead before leading her to a chair to rest.

Al was running down the street from the previous disaster he caused. He thought it would be a good idea to jump into the Gladiator's Pit. It was the worst mistake he could have ever made. He ended up getting into trouble and ruffed up. It also caused for Arty to get hurt in the process. Al, did feel guilty - Arty saved his life. Not to mention they found out she was a girl. It was all just a hectic event. Al continued sprinting down the streets for his dear life, peaking back to see if the insane man was on his trail. He was running away from a man that was called Jack. He happened to be the man who he had challenged. This man never did seem to give up on a fight.
Al screamed out, "Run for your lives a crazy barbarian is on the los-" He stopped his yelling when he spotted other people running. He paused and said, "Why is everyone freaking out?.." He then stopped and processed it all, listening to people's comments and conversations. He finally understood the storm was happening and just managed to take it all in. "Well, shit.. I never get a break?!" He began to run again and then spotted Aria and then Ray. He widened his eyes and was about to say something but remembered the last meeting with Ray. He groaned and thought to himself, I managed to not die today lets try not to push it, Al. He thought to himself, he slowly snuck behind them, following them down into this strange, new place.
He was interested with it and somewhat confused. What is this place? He had never been here before or saw other's go down here. He continued to follow them, staying back some so he wouldn't be noticed. He began to examine the place, he remembered stories and it all started to click. His eyes widened and he ran up to Aria and Ray and said, "Would you like to explain to me what you all are doing down here!?" Al decided to blow his cover completely and ramble off his questions that he had. He then got off topic and looked at Ray and said, "Just wondering, do you happen to have any extra shoes?" Al forgot to grab the ones he had stolen, he was going to have to go barefoot for right now.
