Death Day [Part 1]
John sighed as he entered his office, his new one; he had just gotten promoted to a higher position, and that meant more investigating. But at the back of his mind, John chuckled. He probably started those scandals, yet no one knew nor suspected him. Since when did pretty people ever get suspected? He smirked slightly, of course they wouldn’t! As he sat on the chair, fiddling with his pen as he looked through paper’s, Thomas just had to barge in, John sighed, the boy was cute, but sometimes a wreck. Which was just amusing to say the least. John sighed, putting his papers at the side of the table, walking up to him, stroking the boy’s chin. “Thomas, what did I tell you about interrupting me?”
The boy just took a few steps back, thinking John just drank too much. “Sorry sir, but I have to show you something important.” The redhead sighed and opened the door for John.
John sighed, “Business is business.” He continued to sigh in annoyance and walked out and as he entered the other room, he folded his arms and just rolled his eye’s, seeing a female; sky blue eyes, hazel hair that was tied in a bun, and as for her figure? He couldn’t tell, of course not, women dressed up in the most flattest of clothing that he might as well have thought they were adolescent boys in drag. He thought that sometimes, but could he be blamed?
“Her name’s Jane Peddler,” John said in a welcoming voice, that boy was always good with that fake voice, no one in the business was actually themselves. “And she’ll be your secretary from now on.” Thomas put up a fake smile and skidded away to another room, John wanted to do the same once he thought about it.
John smiled and gave the female’s hand a peck, looking up. “I’m John Diveriõ, make yourself home.” He smirked, letting her in as she turned red at just how much of a ‘gentleman’ he was being. As if he really was.
